Revelations by Izzibella Beau

When Separate Worlds Collide
By Izzibella Beau
Genre: New Adult Paranormal Romance

What happens when two totally different people from two separate worlds collide? This is the story of Zach and Emily, their family, their friends, and what happens when the truth finally becomes known and love might not be able to save them. Welcome to West Lakes, a place where your friends and family may not be who they seem. This is a world where it’s not the dark you should be afraid of, but what could be waiting for you inside that darkness – that’s what should terrify you the most.

Jenn review:
Cover- 2 stars (Didnt deict the book as being YA at all)
Blurb 2 stars (Doesnt accurately describe this book)
Story 5 stars

This book was so good I immediately ran out and searched amazon for book 2. I needed to know more lol.

This story is so much more than Zach and Emily, Alex, Madison, Danny, and even Jacob are important to this world.  This story is so much more complex than i expected.  I was drawn in right away and I was intrigued by the story line. Book 1 does contain a cliffhanger but its so worth it, especially since book 2 is out.

I did receive an ARC of book 1 but I bought both books and i was frustrated with the character switches in middle of paragraphs that don't show any break.. a simple **** would have sufficed.  At the end of book 1, there was a major development that was alluded to but not stated. I found it odd since it lead to the cliffhanger.

Even with those small issues, this book was absolutely amazing.

Izzibella currently lives on a small farm in Georgia. She is married and currently has 31 children, 3 biological and 28 canine. Outside of reading and writing, Izzibella is big into physical activity. She is very active, not only with the pups, but also with her own personal jogging time. She has gotten her Master in Criminal Justice degree along with several graduate hours in education and also social service work. That was all before she decided that writing was the career choice she’d been looking for all along. In addition to not only having all of her furbabies to care for, she also gives a portion of her book royalties to various causes, shelters, and rescues nationwide.
